HONEY MENU
3 courses – 399 DKK
Honey in Thai Cuisine
Honey has long been known in Thailand, not only as a natural sweetener but also as a
symbol of health and vitality. Traditionally, Thai cooking has relied more on palm sugar
and cane sugar, but honey has always had a place in household remedies, temple
offerings, and seasonal dishes. In recent years, chefs have rediscovered honey for its
depth of flavor – balancing sweetness with floral and herbal notes – and it is becoming
increasingly popular in modern Thai cuisine.
This menu celebrates honey as both an ancient ingredient and a contemporary
inspiration.
